Intake Coordinator
Mike Robbins
Mike entered Hand in Hand Support after battling substance misuse for many years. Mike is a proud father of 2 wonderful children who dearly love him and are proud of his progress in being free from addiction for 3+ years. After completing his program, Mike stepped into the role of intake coordinator and assisted Bradley with administration roles by working frontline with new applicants and new guests and welcoming them with a soft landing into recovery through the love of God and building a relationship with God as well everyone who enters Hand in Hand Support. Mike thrives in community relations along with other agencies with compassion for the applicant who desires to attend the program at Hand in Hand.
Operations Coordinator
James Ronson
James entered Hand in Hand Support in 2021 with a drug addiction, facing charges and jail time. James started and completed his program to the fullest by wanting a new way of life and growing his faith and relationship with others. As James has grown to love God, he has also found compassion in helping others, which led to his employment with Hand in Hand Support. James currently has the role of operations coordinator and security. James enjoys his role by seeing the growth in guests as they transition into their “new” way of life without the stigma/label of addiction. James continues to grow as a team player with Hand in Hand Support by maintaining his sobriety as well as his willingness to help the suffering addict break away from their inner demons of substance misuse.
Program Coordinator
Brock Kennedy
Brock came to hand in Hand Support after suffering from addiction for 25+ years. After being in and out of institutions, rehab, as well losing family and friends to addiction, Brock decided that he wanted a new way of life. Brock came to Hand in Hand Support in 2022 to find himself and grow a relationship with God without substance misuse issues. Once completing his program, Brock worked as a house leader at Hand in Hand Support. As Brock continued his growth, he grew into the role of Program Coordinator by overseeing the day-to-day program structure. With Brock’s role at Hand in Hand Support, Brock has gained a love for God as he continues to work in the trenches with helping others.
Assistant Intake Coordinator
Chris Flood
Chris has battled addiction for many years. During Chris's journey with Hand in Hand, he started to gain a stronger relationship with Christ as well working on his addiction. Once the framework was completed Chris started to volunteer which lead into his daily administration duties by walking with all new residents that enter the program by assisting with intakes as well transportion to appointments. Chis enjoys his duties on the frontline by meeting all new incomers with a warm and welcoming greeting as they start their transition. During all intake processes Chris offers peer-to-peer support by sharing his experiance, giving hope, showign brotherly love just as Christ has granted him.
